Our Trip Planner and Booking Forms are designed to help us understand your needs. Once we agree on an itinerary and price:

• A deposit (typically 20-30%) may be required to secure specific accommodations or private activities.
• Full payment details and schedules will be provided during your manual confirmation process.
• You are responsible for providing accurate passport details for all travelers in your group.

DestinaRoad offers a full spectrum of travel services, from budget day trips to luxury bespoke itineraries. Prices are quoted in MAD (Moroccan Dirhams) or EUR (€).

• We do not accept automated payments on this website to ensure price accuracy and service availability.
• Final prices are locked in only upon confirmation.
• Payments are generally settled on-site or via a secure payment link as discussed with our team.

In accordance with Moroccan Law 31-08 (Consumer Protection), we strive for transparency:

• Day Trips & Individual Activities: Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the start time are eligible for a full refund.
• Custom Multi-Day Tours: Cancellation terms vary by package and will be clearly stated in your custom itinerary.
• No-Shows: Failure to arrive at the designated pickup point without prior notice results in 100% forfeiture of the activity cost.
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for cancellations caused by unavoidable circumstances (weather, strikes, or government restrictions), though we will always offer to reschedule or provide a credit.

DestinaRoad partners only with licensed transport and activity providers. However, adventure travel (Quad biking, Camel trekking, Mountain hiking) carries inherent risks.

• Mandatory Insurance: We strongly recommend all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical, rescue, and trip cancellation.
• Health & Fitness: It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions or dietary requirements before booking.

These terms and any services provided by DestinaRoad are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Marrakech.
