Quick answer: For a luxury night in the Agafay desert, our pick is Be Agafay: double yurts with en-suite bathrooms cost 320€ per night, or 420€ with a jacuzzi, with dinner and breakfast included. For a day visit, Seven Saints is the best value (pool and dinner with a show for 55€), Be Agafay has the most stylish pool (from 70€), and Agafay Valley is the cheapest pool day we book (45€). All three are 40–50 minutes from Marrakech.

How to choose an Agafay desert camp
- Night or day? A night gives you the sunset, the stars and the sunrise. A day pass gives you the pool and a meal for a fraction of the price.
- Bathroom: for a luxury stay, check that the tent or yurt has its own bathroom with a shower. Not every camp offers this.
- Pool: if you come for the pool, ask whether you get a reserved sunbed or a private cabana, and what time the pool closes.
- Food: set menus are the norm. Be Agafay serves a 3-course à la carte menu; Seven Saints and Agafay Valley serve set Moroccan meals.
- Atmosphere: camps with dinner shows are lively in the evening. If you want quiet, choose lunch or a camp without a show.
- Transport: almost no camp includes it. Budget for a private car, or choose a package that includes it.
Be Agafay: our pick for a luxury night
Be Agafay is where we send guests who want comfort in the desert. The double yurts have proper beds and en-suite bathrooms with a shower, and the price includes dinner, breakfast and tourist tax. A standard double yurt costs 320€ per night and a double yurt with jacuzzi 420€; an extra person is 90€.
- Yurts are 8 metres across (50 m²), with a star-gazing window, a kitchenette and air conditioning for heating and cooling.
- It is a small camp: 10 yurts, 6 bungalows and a Superior Suite bungalow with a private jacuzzi pool.
- Two restaurants: The Oasis by the pool, and The Hideaway with live music and a fire show at dinner.

We pick you up from your riad around 14:00, so you have the afternoon at the pool, the sunset and dinner, and you return to Marrakech the next day whenever you like. See the Be Agafay night stay for availability.
Be Agafay: the most stylish pool day
If you are not staying the night, Be Agafay’s Oasis pool is the most stylish day pass we book. You get a reserved sunbed and umbrella (70€ with lunch, 90€ with dinner) or a private cabana (100€ or 120€), towels, and a 3-course à la carte meal. The pool is open from 11:00 to 20:00, and children aged 3 to 12 pay half price.

All options are on the Be Agafay day pass page.
Seven Saints: best value for a sunset evening
Seven Saints is our favourite value pick. The pool and dinner pass costs 55€: you arrive at 16:00, swim before sunset, then have dinner under the stars, with live music and a fire show depending on the day. The pool and lunch pass is also 55€, and dinner only is 45€.
The camp has an infinity pool facing the hills and a children’s pool, and it is family-run by seven brothers. It also has lodges for overnight stays; we book day visits.
Full details and hours are on the Seven Saints Agafay day pass page.
Agafay Valley: the lowest price
Agafay Valley is the cheapest pool day we book: 45€ with lunch and pool access (10:00–18:00), or 60€ with dinner (15:00–21:30). It is also the camp to choose for horse riding, with a horse ride and day pass for 110€. See the Agafay Valley day pass.
Dinner bookings come with evening entertainment such as Gnawa music, belly dancers, a fire show, dakka marrakchia and a campfire. Children aged 5 to 12 pay half price and under-5s are free. Payment on site is cash only.
Want activities too?
If you want more than a pool, these packages add an activity to your camp visit:
- Camel or quad ride, pool and meal: from 60€, with a fire show in the evening.
- 1-hour quad and 1-hour camel ride: 105€ with transport.
- Paragliding, pool and dinner: 110€ with private transport.

How we compared the camps
We book these camps for our guests every week, so we compared them on what guests ask us about: the price of a day or a night, what is included, the pool, the food, the evening atmosphere, the rooms for overnight stays and how easy the transfer is. All prices are the ones we book, checked on 4 October 2026.
Other well-known Agafay camps
Agafay has many other camps, from simple tents to luxury lodges, including well-known names such as Inara Camp, Agafay Luxury Camp, Alkamar Camp and Émeraude Luxury Camp. We only publish prices for camps we book ourselves. If you have another camp in mind, ask us and we will tell you honestly how it compares.
For comparison, here are the day-pass prices some of them publish on their own websites (checked 4 October 2026): Le Bédouin 450 MAD (45€) with lunch, The White Camel 55€, Agafay Luxury Camp 65€ and Caravan Agafay 490 MAD. Our Agafay day pass guide compares them side by side.
